Workshop 'Women in Romania are not a minority' - 50/50 Campaign - Slobozia

The event was organized by the Centrul de Mediere și Securitate Comunitară Foundation (CMSC), in partnership with the Romanian Women's LOBBY Association (RoWL), Foreningen HEDDA, ​​Bulgarian Platform of European Women's Lobby, East-West Women's Network (NEWW) and Magyar Női Érdekérvényesítő Szövetség (Hungarian Women's Lobby), with the support of Raluca Dumitrescu, Member of the Romanian Parliament.

Trainers and special guests were Dina Loghin, Iliana Balabanova and Laura Albu.

The topics covered in this workshop and the proposals and recommendations collected from the participants will form the basis of future policy briefs that will be used as an advocacy tool to create new policies that come with concrete recommendations to reduce inequalities in women's representation in decision-making positions in Romanian politics.
